El adenocarcinoma papilar digital es un tumor maligno muy poco común y con un gran potencial metastásico. Se presenta el caso de una paciente con tumoración de larga evolución en el pie sin signos de agresividad que tras su exéresis se diagnostica de adenocarcinoma papilar digital.

Digital papillary adenocarcinoma is a very rare malignant tumor with great metastatic potential. We present the case of a patient with a long-standing tumor in the foot without signs of aggressiveness who, after excision, was diagnosed with digital papillary adenocarcinoma.
