A total of 150 hip arthroplasties with combination
alumina acetabular again femoral head arthroplasties with
combination alumina acetabular again femoral head o alumina
in a follow-up o 12 year. In all patients we used the components
made of with titanium alloy with poropatite (porous
plus hidroxyapatite) with articular joint alumina-alumina. The
average age of the patients was 30 to 65 years. The follow-up
at 12 years showed excellent integration of the patients according
free of pain an unlimited mobility.
