A rare case of cubital nerve compression due to a synovial cyst in the epitrochlear
groove is presented. It was treated surgically by cyst resection and exoneurolisis together
with anterior transposition of the nerve. The follow-up was satisfactory, with gradual
improvement of the previous symptoms.

A rare case of cubital nerve compression due to a synovial cyst in the epitrochlear
