Resumen (ES)
The treatment of scaphoid non-union must obtain
anatomic restoration, filling of the defect and rigid fixation.
We present 13 cases treated with allograft and fixation with
Herbert screw with a mean follow-up of 4-years. The assessment
included duration of pseudoarthrosis, classification and
localisation, necrosis of the proximal pole, deformity and stability.
Healing was achieved in 84% of the cases in a mean
time of 4,3 months. Seven patients were symptoms-free, 3 had
pain with forced motion and 3 had pain with efforts.
