A case is reported with osteolysis of the distal
clavicle whose etiology did not fit traumatic, overuse or
systemic disease. Clinical and laboratory evaluations were
nonspecific. Radiographic evaluation revealed osteolysis of
the distal clavicle. The patient had complete resolution of his
symptoms after distal clavicle resection.
