We report a 2-year-old boy who suffered traumatic
hip dislocation after low-energy fall. Reduction was perfomed
twenty-five hours after the injury and was treated by wearing
spica-cast for three weeks. Three years later the child do not
show any clinical or radiological sequelae. We review the
management and prognosis of this injury in young children.
