Material: We study 26 cases in 19 patients with
total rotator cuff tear treated whith an artificial plasty made of
knitted polyester. Methods: It has been studied mobility,
radiographic items, pain, medical history in every patient and
postoperative results. Results: In this study a diminution of
pain in all cases was observed. Motility improved in almost
every case (abduction 56.92º to 126.34º average). Our target is
demonstrate the efficiency of the method in the treatment of
degenerative rotator cuff tears.
