Resumen (ES)

Mazabraud's syndrome is the association of a softtissue tumor, intramuscular myxonma and a bone tumor, fibrous dysplasia. We review the literature since Mazabraud,in 1957, described this syndrome. We report a 43 years malewho consulted for a soft-tissue mass in the right thigh. He alsohad bone lesions in pelvis and right femur, that were diagnosted of fibrous dysplasia. We made a biopsy of sot-tissue tumorand it was diagnosed of intramuscular myxom. The patientwas operated and the mass was removed. Till now, there is norecurrence of the myxom and there is no malignant degeneration of the fibrous dysplasia.
