Resumen (ES)
Osteoid osteoma (OO) is the third benign bone tumor most frequent. Its epidemiologic, clinical, and radiological
characteristics are classically well described. Although its gold standard treatment is still radiofrequency-guided ablation,
some new techniques have recently appeared. We present a case of a patient with an OO of atypical localization (the
fourth metatarsal of the right foot), and we review the characteristics of this tumor.
