Resumen (ES)
The purpose of this study is to perform an updated bibliographic review on the usual techniques for the treatment of the hallux valgus in a percutaneous way and to try to establish a perfomance algorithm based on the current cientific evidence. Material and Methods. A systematic search was carried out in the following databases: CINAHL, Embase, Medline, American College of Physicians Journal Club, DARE, The Science Registries, The Cochrane Library, Science Direct with the keywords: hállux-valgus or metatarsophalangeal joint or percutaneous or bunion or minimally invasive surgery or reverdinisham osteotomy or sin or bosch osteotomy or akin or minitight-rope. Results. 32 articles were selected that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria of this review. These articles included a total of 2594 percutaneous surgical procedures performed on 1841 patients. Conclusions. Percutaneous techniques achieve similar results in well selected patients to open techniques with less surgical approach, being necessary a learning curve, in some of them, longer
