Resumen (ES)

The purpose of the study was to report the clinical epidemiology for patients with symptomaticfemoroacetabular impingement undergoing hip arthroscopy. A total of 112 patients were enrolled. In this cohort,femoroacetabular impingement occurred predominantly in young patients, with normal BMI, more male thanfemale, high level of sports activity, duration of symptoms prior to surgery time longer than 12 months, with apattern of cam type, labrum and acetabular rim injury in arthroscopic procedure.
