The main objectives of this work are the updating and literature review on the treatment of unstable fractures of the back of the pelvic ring. Casuistry own review of the COT service of our center. An observational, descriptive, retrospective-prospective series, in the service of orthopedics and traumatology of our Center case study was conducted type; 6 patients (3 men and 3 women) treated for unstable pelvic fractures that compromised the stability of the sacroiliac joint. The average age was 43 years, ranging from 37 to 55 years. Four of the patients (66.6%) had type B2 fractures Tile (ipsilateral lateral compression) and the remaining two (33.3%) had fractures Tile type C1 (complete disruption unilateral posterior).
