Why do we not have better leadership? The question is asked over and over. We complaint, expressour disappointment, often our outrage, but no answer emerges. In this paper, after the nature of leadership is offers,the intention in answer the different questions, focused on education: the leader-followers interaction, contexts, attributes,pillars of principal ship, creative and sustainable leadership; and orthopaedic leadership.
