Estimulación antero-hipofisaria en la rata blanca adulta y su repercusión en el callo de fractura diafisario-femoral

Adult white rat's hypophysis is studied after ultraviolet light irradiation of the fracture healing of the femoral diaphysis. Morphological, histochemical, histometric, statistical and ultrastructural methods are used in our study.The adenohypophysis stimulation, with its morphological expression in the «irradiation cells», determines an activation of the fist phases of bone formation in the femoral diaphysis fracture healing; these bone formation cells will produce a condroblastic «modulation» which will produce a delay in the periostal enchondral ossification
