Actitud terapéutica en el tratamiento de los tumores óseos malignos primitivos, Nuestra experiencia en 76 casos

A study is presented of the aetiology and results of treatment in a group of  76 cases of primitive malignant osseous tumours of different histological types. These cases have been colIected from our own center. There was a clear male preponderance in the majority of  the diflerent types of  tumours, but the striking aetiological feature is the very high proportion of long bonetumours of the limbs and specially of the lower limbs. We have studied these 76 cases in two series: The first one with 57 cases treated before 1973 and the second one from 1973 to 1978, with 19 cases.
