Compresión medular dorsal de origen discal,

Three cases of protruded thoracic intervertebral disc with spinal cord compresion are reported. Two are women and a man. The discs protrusion are at T10=T11, T11=T12 and T12=L1 levels. Preoperative diagnosis is sometimes dificult. The diferent techniques of surgical treatment and the relsults are revised. Our three cases are treated by laminectomy and disc excision. Our results are good in two of the cases and the other inmodified.
