Ninety cases of fracture of Os Calcis are reported with a follow-up of 18 months. The Merle D''Aubigne''s classification was followed. The different usual methods of treatment were used. The best results were obtained with tbe functional method aod the Ehalt''s method.Compression on the sheat of the peroneo was the most frequent sequelae.
