La gammagrafía ósea con 99mTc-metil-difosfonato en el estudio de las necrosis idiopáticas de cabeza de fémur

The results of the bone sean with a 99 mTc-Diphosphonate, on 34 patients with idiopatic femur necrosis -11 of them with bilateral affectation-, arecommented. The factors which influence the bone scan findings in case of femoral necrosis and the relation with the histopatological evolution of the progress are discussed.The importance of early diagnolsis of femoral idiopatic necrosis permits conservative treatment and therefore it should be an interesting bone sean in the treatment of these patients.
