Indicaciones, contraindicaciones y complicaciones de la autotransfusión intraoperatoria en traumatología

Intraoperative autotransiusion in 22 patients with traumatic lesions have been carried aut.The indicatinns contraindications and complications of this technique, as well as the means to accoimplish it, are studied. According to wheter the autotransfusion was over of under 2.000 ml, a classification of the patients in two groups is made. The difierent alterations of the cellular elements of the blond, as well as the condition of the blood coagulation are observed.
