45 cases of acromioclavicuIar dislocation, treated with different methods, are analyzed. The treatment is an emergency in the first 72 hours and the results withthe modified O'Donoghue's operation are reported.Ligamentoplasties following Vargas (1942) and Dewar & Barringthon (1965) have been used in old cases.The foIlow-up and results are considered.
