A case of Aneyrysm bone cyst developped on the site of a chondroma of the the iliac bone in a 12 year-old moy is reported.There is no evidence of the reporting of a similar case of an Aneurysm bone cyst secondary to a chondroma.The invasion of the socket gave way to a special technique for bOlle grafting in the site.
