Resumen (ES)
A case of double dorsal dislocation of the interphalangeal
joints of the left hand's little finger is presented. This
injury is due to a hyperextension mechanism. The treatment
consisted of a closed reduction of both joints, that were stable,
which allowed a short-time ¡mmobilization and early rehabilitation
resulting a complete functional recovery.
