The lipids (total lipids, cholesterol, triglyceride, lipoproteins) pre and postoperative in 23 patients with squeletical lessions but without any previous lipidic metabolise disorder are studied. These operations where in the pelvic girdle or the lower limbs under spinal anaesthesia in arder to prevent the results being merged by general anaesthesia. The lipids appeared increased ordecreased after certain operations; in others no changes were observed.
