We report a case of solitary bone metastasis in the
humerus whose primary tumor was a larynx cancer. We searched
for other primary sites but we only found humeral location.
The metastasis appeared six years after the primary tumor was
first detected. The diagnosis was confirmed by biopsy. The
patient was treated with local radiation therapy, obtaining a relief
of pain.
