Resumen (ES)
A possibly uncomon pain syndrome localized in the seventh spinous posterior process is described. It seems to appear in adult females with a short and ciphotic neck, and this incidence may be increasing. In the diagnosis there are only, not X-Ray, findings. Its ethiology is like that of the «tennis-elbow»: small tears in bone ligaments insertion, the most chronic cases will be the well-known «clay-shovellers syndrome», The local injection of novocain steroids has been a succesful treatment.
