The diagnosis of the tumor of the spinal cord as a cause for the sciatic pain is easy to reach through its own clinical appearance. The histology of these tutnors differs from the yount to the adults. The former are the congenital types and the latter are from membranes and nervous roots origin. The mielography is the most important exploration.
