Resumen (ES)
Basing themselves on a personal experience of 21 cases, the authors propose considering with a unitary criterion stenosis of the lumbar duct and other related syndromet, such as the syndrome of the upper facet, that of stenosis of the intervertebral foramen and that of the trefoil (clover) duct. There isa discussion of the etiological aspects of the lesion and a commentary on the possibility of good results being obtained with surgery in those cases in which the disease is of long duration.
