The pycnodysostosis is one of the generalized and congenital forms, which have to do with the condenser osteopathies. These forms are not very commonin osteoarticular pathology. Because of that we contribute now with a new case within this field which has been studied for several years, following itsevolution, we have realized that interestingmorfological changes have been taring place withen the embryogenetical osteopathies
