The authors experience on the treatment of Congenital Luxation of the Heap is analyzed in order to prevent the most important complication: Osteochondrytis. The treatment followed in different moments: in pre-walking infants, in children and in the older children,are discussed.In the difficult cases the surgical treatment gave better results than the long orthopaedic treatment.The authors emphasize on the organisation for prevention, early diagnosis and the most important: the treatment during the first weeks of the life.
