The reYiew of 25 clinical case histories of Monteggia's Lesion, motivated this global study, more exactly the yarious aspects of this double lesion. Amongst others, the chapter on pathological anatomy is expounded with examples, and followed by the most used classifications.The chapter on treatment is also extensive, giving examples and subsequent results.Finally a group of 15 considerations as a summary of the work.
