Twent-two cases of pes cavus corresponding to fifteen patients, treated by Lelievre's tarso-metatarsectomy technique, are reviewed.
The experience sho~s this technique to be useful. The best radiologic results were obtained in the poliomyelitis pes cavus secondary to club feet, better than in the idiopatic ones; nevertheless, the clinical results (pain, hyperqueratosis, etc.) were better in the last ones.
