An experimental model with matured rabbits is used in order to produce an experimental, necrosis of the head of the femur by administration of corticoids, Methyl Prednisolone.The concentration of triglicerides in the normal and path,ologic bone tissues are being mesured by the Folch's method. The results show a concentration increase in the bone tissues of the head of femur in rabbits following repeated administration of M-ethyl Prednisolone.
