75 cases of T. B. of the spine have been collected and their radiographic diagnosis analized.In 98'5 % the bone lesions were yuxtadyscal with narrowing of the intervertebral space and affection of the neighbouring articular facetoAlthough the diagnosis was obvious, the authors consider other spine infe'ctions with similar radiographic signs.
