Test postural de inyección de bolos a nivel espinal en la estenosis de canal cervical

A postural spinal injection test was used to measure the resistence in a group of 6 patients with cervical spondylosis. After a lumbar puncture, 1-4 ce satine was injected in the subarachnoidal space and pressure recorded. The procedure was performed in anteflexion,retroflexion and normoposition of the head. The resistence was more increased in myelopathic patients than in non myelopathic ones, especially during the head retroflexion. This auxiltiary technique can assist the chose of a ventral or dorsal approach in the operative treatment of cervical spondylosis.
