10 cases of lesiones of the femoral and popliteal arteries in fractures around the kneetreated along the last 5 years are reported with nowadays point of view of its diagnosisand treatment.The repairing of artery damage will be performed as an emergency.The previous arteriography is not necessary. The internal fixation is discussed in itsown problems.The discussion is open.
