Two cases of benign Osteoblastoma in sixteen and nineteen years-old females localisedin the spine are reported. The most significant clinical findings are pain, scoliosis and paraperesiaand its localization in the posterior arch of vertebral arch of thoracic and lumbarspine, therefore the radiographic difficulties for its diagnosis. Osteolisis without sclerosisis the most typical radiological finding.In both cases good late results were achieved by the ressection of tue tumor.A bibliographic review of this tumor localization is made.
