A case of Familiar Tricho-Rhino-Phalangeal Syndrome is reported. There are sornedifferences between the two types, with a differential diagnosis of the cone-shaped epiphysesand that of the hip osteochondritis. The bilateral affectation of both hips has not beenfound in the reviewed bibliography.
