Resumen (ES)
The fundamentals of the clinical using of magnetic fields are explained in the twopossible ways, the magnetotherapy and the stimulation of bone delayed and non unions. The low frequency magnetic pulses are used to promote cellular functions by increasing ofions formation in the citoplasm. The stimulation of delayed and non union is possibleusing a contimuos and alternate superimposed magnetic fields. The continuos field promotescalcium fixation in bone tissue. The alternate magnetic field promotes the stimulationon the bone cells activity. The experimental use of several kinds of laboratory measurement of eleetrical responseof alive bones in magnetic environement is significant. It is possible to design and make an equipment able to supply the most adequate dosesof magnetic field in order to get an optimal influence to improve bone consolidation.
