Resumen (ES)

Forty-two children sufferíng from Transient Synovitys of the Hip have been studied using Scintígraphies after injections of Tc 99 Pirophosphate. The uptake of the regio n of  the affected hip is increased in the early phase of the disease. This increase quickly comes back to normality. These findings seem to pro ve that this process is regional and of an ínflammatory nature.
