A case of Bening Osteoblastoma of the lumbar spine is reported. The patient, a fifteen-years old boy, presented a lumbar scoliosis with the concavity at the same side of the pedicle atTected (L3). Pain was the main symptom since three months before the diagnosis. A posterior approach was required, right laminectomy with complete removal of neoplastic tissue and release of the roots L2 and L3. After the surgery, the patient is free of symptoms and has no evidende of reeurrence.
