The authors set down their experiences in the treatment of 23 osteolytíc bone injuries with intracystic infiltrations of Methylprednisolone acetate,They have both obtained excellent results with the essential osseous cyst and uncertain epiphyseal chondroblastoma in the non-ossifying fibroma and juxta articular osseous cyst, but negative in the aneurismatic osseous cyst.
