The authors analyse the morphological variations at the proximal extremity of the Fémur, theoretically hale in patients with Legg-Calvé-Perthes Syndrom unilateral.This study was carried out in 200 radiographic controls made in 50 cases of LeggCalvé-Perthes Syndrom unilateral, and another group of 200 patients without affectation of the hip joint by systemic or local process. This was the control group.
