Thereare a lot of parameters to study the radiological findings and evaluation of the Congenital dislocation of the Hip or Displasia of the acetabulum.The authors made a critical study and inaccuracy for some of them and they analyse the relationship among, Hilgenreiner's or acetabular angle, Zsebock's, Moinar'sand Nagy's alsberg's and epsilon angles. They suggested that the best radiological parameter was the Alsberg's angle by their correlation with the others angles.
