The authors analyze a clinic case of carpal tunnel syndrom caused by an aberrant muscle (long abducent accesory of fifth finger) treated by surgery, whitch after aight months was complicated with an ulnar nerve compressive syndrome at the Guyons canal caused by not completely resecting the mentioned muscle in the initial operation. Review of bibliography an conclusions.
