53 Patientes with Recurrent Dislocation ofthe Shouldcr are colected, 46 were men and 7 women, The average age was 27,8 years. The majority of them had sedentary jobs but they carry out sport habitualy. Epilepsy was an etiological factor and a factor of aggravation at the prognosis. They made the Magnuson''s procedure in 46 cases; Oudart''s procedure with major pectorls muscle transposition in S cases; Putty-Plat and McKever in one case. Only one case was posterior dislocation. They used the Rowe method of evaluation (pain, movility and stability) with good results.
