Resumen (ES)
Traumatic injuries seemingly unimportant , can be
serious if the first exploration is not correct and its consequences
can appear some time later. We will expose the case
of 42 years old´s woman who goes to the hospital 5 months
after a traumatic injury, with pain and lower range of movement
in her knee. After the exploration, the presence of a
foreign body into the knee was diagnosticated .
It has been done an arthroscopic where we could see osteochondrals
lesions and it was necessary a small arthrotomy for
extracting the foreign body. Actually the patient is asintomatic.
