Very few hipermobile flatfeet are operatcd on; only 2,1% of the cases at the authors scrvlce. The surgical procedures which they have used are: GREEN·GRICE's operatlon; VILA. DOT's operation; MILLER's operation and lasUymodified ALBANESE·NATIELLO. Each one has its own indications. Thelr cases are evaluated c1inically and roentgenographically by means of the parametcrs: paln, valgus of the heel and lnner arch correctlon. They have had excellent or good results in 85,7% and passable or fair 14,2%.
