This article presents the fracture ofNavicular and Big Bonewhich move towars anterior position. The correctlon was possible by posterior aproach, after isolation of the fragmente Aftcr six months thcrc was revascularization in the proximal fragrnent of scaphoid, \Vithout fusing of the fracture. The capitate got revascularizated and fused. The follow-up after five years showcd Navicular pseudoarthrosis and ostcoarthritis, which don't hinder from cornming back to the usual work.
