The authors showed a case of idiopathic juvenile Osteoporosis,a girl 11 years old than started with a wedge fracture of T4 after aminimal trauma. Although she wore a Milwaukee brace, developesmultiples lewel vertebral wedges. They made a review of the literatureabout the etiopathogenia differential diagnosis and prognosisof t h i s rare form of osteoporosis.
