The meniscus ingraft in striated muscle and in articular cavityof the knee, was regenerated growing fibrous connective tissue inthe areas without tissue. Neither of cases showed cartilage transformation.The results showed that the vascular conection isnecesary to repair whith the place where the news vessels and hisfibroblastic cells appear.
